Do you charge per user?
No. Every Klerky plan is a flat per-workspace price that covers your whole team — there is no per-seat charge on any plan.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is $0 per month and includes up to 10 invoices a month plus the full workspace — Clients, Billing, Expenses, Financials, Files, and Team. No credit card is required to start.
What is AI receipt scanning?
Klerky reads an uploaded receipt and fills in the expense for you — vendor, amount, and date — so you don't type it in. It is a paid feature, with 100 scans a month on Pro and 500 on Scale. It is not a chatbot or copilot.
Who handles payments?
Payments and sales tax are handled by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Your plan activates on your workspace immediately after checkout.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings inside your workspace.
