Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want Klerky to be worth paying for. If it isn’t, here’s exactly how cancellations and refunds work.
1. Subscriptions
The Pro plan is $69/month and renews automatically until you cancel. The Free plan is, of course, free and never charged.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing in the app, or by emailing [email protected]. When you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then move to the Free plan. There’s no cancellation fee.
3. Refunds
If you’re not satisfied, email us within 14 days of a charge and we’ll refund that most recent payment. Beyond 14 days, monthly charges are generally non-refundable — but if something went wrong, contact us; we look at every request fairly.
Because Creem is our Merchant of Record, refunds are issued through Creem back to your original payment method. The fastest route is to email us at [email protected] — you can also reply to the receipt Creem emailed you at purchase.
4. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we’ll retry for a short period. If it still doesn’t go through, your workspace moves to the Free plan — your data stays intact.
5. Before you dispute a charge
Please contact us first at [email protected]. We can almost always resolve a billing issue faster than a card dispute, usually within 3 business days.
